In January, 2009, Ed assumed a new avatar—namely, as an ISV. Starting with development of a giveaway MP3 music management/download program called MP3Loader, Ed and his colleague and collaborator Justin Korelc will be building a tool to help owners of small-capacity (under 1 GB) MP3 players, create and manage suitable playlists that will fit onto their players, and download their music collections to those devices.
